For a typical executive search and selection project Berkley would use a
combined approach of network referrals, specific research and
headhunting into targeted companies, and utilising recent campaign
candidates. We would produce a shortlist of 3-4 candidates (or a
reasonable and realistic required number if different) all of whom are
motivated and capable of performing the role.
