analysis for companies looking at either setting up or expanding within
the country.
This Analysis would include extensive research of our own systems and
external systems as to the availability of candidates with specific skill sets.
This data is regularly called upon by Government agencies and bodies.

Salaries and packages vary within different locations. Having an
awareness of the national scales is critical to any recruitment programme,
whether it is setting in place the realistic salary scales in the desired
location, or also an awareness of scales in locations where people are
coming from. This is critical information to screen up front and on closing
at offer stage, as vital information is sometimes lost, such as cost of living,
transport, childcare etc; all important in the decision to change jobs.
