Excellent opportunity for experienced Sales & Marketing Professional to join the Asian regional office of Berkley Recruitment Group, based in Singapore.
Berkley operates a low volume, high quality consultancy model and we are looking for a self-motivated individual experienced at recruiting at a senior level within the Sales & Marketing sector. Berkley has excellent "C" level contacts within Financial Services, Media & Publishing, IT, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Food and Telecommunications industries, who are receptive to our level of commitment and professional service.
You will be given excellent support and be encouraged to attend networking and personalized business development activities, to augment your own well established knowledge of the Regional Sales & Marketing scene.
An excellent package is on offer including competitive base salary, commission, health insurance, quarterly and annual bonuses.
Role/Opportunity:
- Liaise with clients to obtain comprehensive brief of roles and ideal candidate profiles
- Application of networking and headhunting techniques to build your network
- Central to this role is making first contact with prospective candidates, explaining current opportunities, securing appointments and obtaining referrals
- Effective and innovative promotion of Berkley’s consultancy services
- Building and maintaining knowledge of the sales and marketing field
Skills/Experience:
- Proven commercial acumen, gained within the Sales & Marketing sector
- Articulate with an excellent telephone manner and personable disposition
- Confident dealing with people over the phone and in a face-to-face situation
- Minimum 1-2 years commercial experience
