Due to growth based on client demand we are looking for a Senior/IT Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in developing the IT Division of our Asia Regional Office based in Singapore.

 

You will have an extensive IT knowledge either from working directly with the IT sector or servicing the IT sector. You should have a strong track record of delivery with the ability to communicate at high level in some of the world’s leading companies.

General Description

The Senior IT Consultant is responsible for delivery of a high quality service within the IT Division.

 

  • Central to this role is making first contact with prospective candidates, explaining current opportunities, securing appointments and obtaining referrals.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain comprehensive brief of roles and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Effective and innovative promotion of Berkley’s Consultancy services.
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of a wide cross sector of businesses.

 

Role/Opportunity:

  • Client & Candidate management
  • Ensure Client and Candidate satisfaction
  • Promote the Berkley name through managing a quality service to Clients and Candidates
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities
  • Meet new and existing Clients, ascertaining current and future needs
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of competitor activities and trends

 

Skills/Experience:

  • IT Knowledge - understanding and being able to articulate clients needs
  • Proven sales acumen in IT recruitment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years commercial recruitment experience
  • Asia Region experience an advantage
