A unique opportunity for an experienced Pharma and Life Sciences Recruiter has arisen within the Berkley Recruitment Group, which has been operating for over 15 years with offices in Singapore and Europe.
As a market leader in niche recruitment, we specialize in 3 main sectors, Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, IT and Commercial. Due to continued growth in our Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Division, Berkley is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a result of demand from established clients, we have immediate requirements for you to fulfil.
The appointed will have Pharmaceutical knowledge either from working directly in the Pharmaceutical sector or servicing the Pharmaceutical sector with strong commercial acumen. We are interested in talking to Technical Recruiters to specialise within pharma/biotech and clinical research organizations.

Role/Opportunity:
- Liaise with clients to obtain comprehensive brief of roles and ideal candidate profiles
- Application of networking and headhunting techniques to build your network
- Central to this role is making first contact with prospective candidates, explaining current opportunities, securing appointments and obtaining referrals
- Effective and innovative promotion of Berkley’s consultancy services
- Building and maintaining knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace
Skills/Experience:
- Proven commercial acumen, preferably in recruitment or within the pharma/biotech/clinical research sectors
- Articulate with an excellent telephone manner and personable disposition
- Confident dealing with people over the phone and in a face-to-face situation
- Minimum 1-2 years commercial experience
